Job Title: Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Dayton, NJ (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour

A well-established manufacturing company in Dayton, NJ is seeking an experienced Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience with SAP order entry and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter high-volume customer orders into SAP (primary responsibility)
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone queue (approximately 30% of role)
- Provide timely updates on order status, shipping details, and product availability
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, logistics, and production
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Required: Recent (within the last 2-3 years) hands-on experience entering orders in SAP
- Prior customer service or customer care experience in a professional setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle inbound customer inquiries
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work fully on-site in Dayton, NJ
- Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager
- Opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs
