Benefits Administrator
LHH is looking to recruit a full-time Benefits Administrator for a client in San Francisco, CA. This role is onsite within the professional services industry. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to support employee benefits programs, maintain accurate benefits records, and provide exceptional service to employees regarding benefit offerings, enrollment, and eligibility.

Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.

LHH is looking to recruit a full-time Benefits Administrator for a client in San Francisco, CA. This role is onsite within the professional services industry. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to support employee benefits programs, maintain accurate benefits records, and provide exceptional service to employees regarding benefit offerings, enrollment, and eligibility.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and qualifying life events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefits vendors regarding employee coverage and claims.
- Maintain accurate employee records and benefits documentation within HRIS systems.
- Assist with annual open enrollment planning, communication, and execution.
- Audit benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support leave of absence and disability administration programs.
- Partner with Payroll and Human Resources to ensure accurate deductions and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of employee benefits programs and administration processes.
- Experience utilizing HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Knowledge of benefits compliance requirements, including COBRA, FMLA, and ACA, is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
