Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current registration as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Valid Florida state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Proven experience in imaging, including radiology and X-ray procedures
• Proficiency in operating digital radiography equipment and PACS
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all times
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and medical staff
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining processes, positioning them correctly, and addressing concerns
• Accurately maintain and document patient records and images in the system
• Monitor equipment functionality, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
• Adhere to all safety protocols, quality assurance guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards
