Requirements:
- Current active New Hampshire Special Education Teacher license
- Demonstrated experience working with students requiring SPED services
- Expertise in both 1:1 and small group settings
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional services for students in grades 6-12, both individually and in small groups
- Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain organized records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
