Step into a dynamic, student-centered environment supporting Pre-K through primary school learners for the full academic year. A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a 20-hour per week contract role, with opportunities available for fully credentialed SLPs (CCC), Clinical Fellows (CF), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA). You’ll work closely with a passionate team to foster communication growth and help students reach their full potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or valid SLPA credential
  • Holds (or is eligible for) state licensure and relevant certifications (CCC, CF, or SLPA)
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong foundation in assessment, intervention, and documentation for Pre-K and primary populations
  • Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to Pre-K and primary students, supporting a variety of communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop strategies that foster communication skills in the classroom
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment at the MC Bailey building
