School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bear, Delaware

What you’ll bring:

• Current Delaware SLP license (required at time of application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience delivering SLP services in school settings, including assessments and IEP development
• Comfort working with diverse student populations, including those with medical needs
• Willingness to provide therapy both onsite and to homebound students as needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students as part of their educational programming
• Provide direct support to homebound students, ensuring continuity and quality of care
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet students’ individual needs in both school and home-based settings
• Maintain comprehensive records and progress reports in accordance with district policies
• Flexibly respond to fluctuating caseloads throughout the academic year
