Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lewes, DE

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and IEP development
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates with stakeholders
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals and classroom integration
• Use innovative strategies and current technology to enhance engagement and outcomes
