• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician in Texas
• Previous experience in a similar role within a school setting, especially at the middle school level
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, special education guidelines, and IEP development

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of around 140 middle school students, conducting comprehensive educational evaluations
• Interpret assessment results and partner with instructional teams to create and adjust IEPs
• Document assessment findings and ensure compliance with all state and federal educational regulations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support students' academic and behavioral success
• Attend ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and provide expert recommendations for student services
• Maintain accurate, confidential records while meeting deadlines and documentation requirements
