What You'll Bring:
- Current, active SLP-CCC certification
- Maryland SLP licensure (required)
- Previous experience working in Maryland school settings (highly preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Comfort with both onsite service delivery and, if needed, teletherapy platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized therapy services to PreK-5th-grade students, focusing on a caseload of approximately 60 service hours per month
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop personalized intervention plans
- Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Communicate findings and strategies to families, teachers, and school teams to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt to in-person or virtual (VOCO) service delivery based on school preference
