What You'll Bring:

  • Current, active SLP-CCC certification
  • Maryland SLP licensure (required)
  • Previous experience working in Maryland school settings (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Comfort with both onsite service delivery and, if needed, teletherapy platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized therapy services to PreK-5th-grade students, focusing on a caseload of approximately 60 service hours per month
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop personalized intervention plans
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Communicate findings and strategies to families, teachers, and school teams to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt to in-person or virtual (VOCO) service delivery based on school preference
