Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Annapolis, MD

This is a pipeline assignment, meaning the district is seeking to build a pool of qualified candidates while awaiting final authorization to proceed with contracting, anticipated by the end of the month. Interviews may be conducted soon, but hiring decisions will be on hold temporarily as the district finalizes their process.

What you’ll bring:

• Hold a valid SLP license and be certified with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior school-based experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of student needs in K-12 environments
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive learning space for all students

In this role, responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring student progress
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with regulations and district policies
