Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour ($58,000-$70,720 annually)
Travel: Up to 40% Domestic & International (Travel Per Diem Paid in Addition to Hourly Pay)

Lean Synergy Solutions is recruiting experienced Electrical Assemblers for Ingersoll Machine Tools, an industry leader in advanced CNC machine tool manufacturing.

\n

If you have experience with industrial electrical assembly, machine building, control panels, 240V/480V systems, and electrical troubleshooting, this is an opportunity to work on large, complex machinery used by aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial manufacturers around the world.

\n

This is not repetitive production work—you'll build complete electrical systems from the ground up and have opportunities to travel to support installations.

What You'll Do

\n
    \n
  • Build complete electrical systems for large CNC machine tools
  • \n
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
  • \n
  • Install and wire: \n
      \n
    • Control panels
    • \n
    • Motors
    • \n
    • Drives
    • \n
    • Sensors
    • \n
    • Feedback devices
    • \n
    • Electrical components
    • \n
  • \n
  • Route, terminate, and label wiring and cables
  • \n
  • Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components as needed
  • \n
  • Perform electrical testing using diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes and megohmmeters
  • \n
  • Support electrical calibration and machine setup
  • \n
  • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts safely
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • \n
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards
  • \n

What We're Looking ForRequired

\n
    \n
  • Experience as an Electrical Assembler, Industrial Electrician, Electrical Technician, Machine Builder, Control Panel Builder, or similar industrial electrical role
  • \n
  • Hands-on experience working with 240V and 480V electrical systems
  • \n
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • \n
  • Industrial electrical wiring experience
  • \n
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • \n
  • Basic computer skills
  • \n
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules when needed
  • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • \n
  • Ability to distinguish color-coded wiring
  • \n
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when required
  • \n

This position offers the opportunity to travel up to 40% throughout the United States and internationally.

Travel Per Diem is provided in addition to your hourly pay.
