\n A manufacturer in Plano that builds power distribution equipment for AI data centers, hospitals, and other critical facilities is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for its day shift team.\n
\n
\n This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent Monday–Friday hours and potential for permanent employment. The facility is clean, temperature-controlled, and newly built.\n

\n Pay: $19.00/hour, paid weekly\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Mechanical Assembler Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Assemble control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS units using diagrams and schematics
    • \n
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble components
    • \n
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies
    • \n
  • Use tools and testing equipment provided onsite
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule\n
\n
\n Monday–Friday\n
\n 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM\n
\n
\n Overtime may be available based on production needs.\n
\n
\n Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience
    • \n
  • Ability to read diagrams and schematics
    • \n
  • Control panel, switchboard, or panelboard experience preferred
    • \n
  • Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 45 lbs
    • \n
