Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise Crews: Oversee and coordinate daily schedules for multiple commercial roofing crews.

• Job Estimating: Accurately measure job sites and calculate material and labor needs.

• Project Representation: Attend mandatory job site meetings with general contractors, owners, and architects.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and strict safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skill: Must have deep commercial sheet metal roofing experience.

• Experience: Proven leadership managing multiple crews in a commercial roofing environment.

• Leadership: Strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-Oriented: Competent in reading blueprints, taking precise field measurements, and tracking project progress.

• Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana as needed.
