Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + bonus

What you'll be doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the maintenance team for a large manufacturing operation
- Managing daily maintenance activities while driving a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
- Developing and optimizing preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity programs
- Planning and coordinating maintenance support for scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns
- Identifying equipment reliability issues and implementing long-term corrective actions
- Driving capital projects and maintenance-related continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing maintenance planning, spare parts inventory, and resource allocation
- Partnering closely with operations, engineering, and site leadership to improve reliability and plant performance
- Supporting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Utilizing CMMS systems to improve maintenance planning and execution
What they're looking for:
- 8+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
- Strong background in preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and mechanical integrity
- Experience leading maintenance technicians in a continuous manufacturing environment
- Exposure to capital projects and maintenance program development
- Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
- Chemical manufacturing, composites, advanced materials, aerospace materials, fibers, or other process manufacturing experience strongly preferred
