Our client is seeking a dedicated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join their outpatient rehabilitation team in Wasilla, AK. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy services, independently evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care to help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.

• Assess musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, balance, coordination, gait, and functional impairments.

• Provide evidence-based pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy interventions.

• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes.

• Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation support staff.

• Reassess patient progress regularly and coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care.

• Participate in ongoing clinical education, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or postgraduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active Alaska Physical Therapy License or eligibility for Alaska licensure.

• Experience in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy preferred.

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.

• Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and evidence-based treatment techniques.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
