Title Attorney/Settlement Attorney

Cardinal Title Group is accepting resumes for a Settlement Attorney to join our growing Pennsylvania team. The candidate must be able to conduct Real Estate settlements while also effectively performing the job functions outlined below.\n

\nJob functions include:\n
\n
\n* Prepare and review deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, trust documents, title abstract reports, and any other legal documents relevant to settlements\n
\n* Provide legal advice to real estate agents and their clients, while representing our Title Company\n
\n* Lead/teach educational classes relevant to real estate\n
\n* Review land records and chain-of-title\n
\n* Assist in resolving any title claims\n
\n* Assist in various other relevant legal matters\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n* Must be a licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania\n
\n* 3+ years of title/real estate settlement experience\n
\n
