\n The Manufacturing Associate works under the direction of the Manufacturing Associate Supervisor and Lead in a structured manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling products according to detailed assembly instructions while maintaining quality standards and supporting production goals.\n
\n

\n
\n Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Assemble component parts according to specifications, assembly instructions, and production schedules.
    • \n
  • Set up and operate equipment required for assembly processes.
    • \n
  • Inspect products for quality, package finished assemblies, and support shipping activities as needed.
    • \n
  • Follow LEAN Manufacturing and 5S principles while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
    • \n
  • Safely use hand tools, assembly equipment, cleaning solvents, grease, epoxies, and other manufacturing materials while collaborating with team members on safety and process improvement initiatives.
    • \n

  • Minimum one year of manufacturing experience or experience in a related field

  • Experience working with small hand tools and assembly equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
