We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Mandarin Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Property Managers. Admin Assistant will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and collaborate closely with our Leasing and Construction departments.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Property Managers with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Manage office filing systems, handle incoming calls, and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Act as a liaison between Property Managers, Leasing, and Construction departments, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Help organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain calendars for Property Managers.
- Draft, translate, and proofread documents and correspondence in both English and Mandarin.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
- A minimum of 3 years ofprevious experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
