You will represent the company and manage outbound EDI transactions, supplier portals, ASN accuracy, shipment coordination, and OEM scorecard performance while partnering closely with our San Antonio warehouse to ensure customer commitments are met.\n

\n Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage outbound EDI transactions, ASN accuracy, and OEM portal activity. \n
- Coordinate shipments with warehouse operations to ensure on-time delivery. \n
- Analyze inventory, customer orders, and forecasts to support production planning. \n
- Partner with production, purchasing, supply chain, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve customer performance metrics \n
\n Qualifications\n
\n\n Required\n
\n- \n
- 3+ years of hands-on automotive Tier 1 EDI/ASN experience supporting Ford, GM, and Stellantis. \n
- Experience working directly within OEM supplier portals. \n
- Strong analytical, customer service, and cross-functional coordination skills. \n
- Ability to work onsite in San Antonio and bilingual \n
\n Schedule: \n
\n\n Monday-Friday 8am-5pm\n

\n Pay: \n
\n\n $58,000.00/yr\n
