Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 Base Pay + Outstanding Bonus Plan + Full Benefits

A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team in Buford, GA. What You'll Do
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Help manage labor, inventory, and cost controls.
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and performance targets.

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
