Junior Project Manager
Job Description
Worth Higgins & Associates is looking for a qualified Junior Project Manager to join our signage team.
\n\nOur ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. The candidate should also be organized and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborate across various teams, have exceptional people and organization skills, and ultimately be able to contribute to creating and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers.
\n\nDuties & Responsibilities
\nAct as the primary liaison between sales and production to include:
\nCommunicating accurate & timely order/project requirements between production and sales; negotiating schedules as needed to balance production capacity and client expectations
\nSubmission of work orders through internal MIS system
\nManagement and organization of electronic client files, photography and other data
\nAssist with logistics coordination as needed (shipping, delivery, installation, etc.)
\nManagement of small projects - keeping track of timelines and deliverables to ensure projects run smoothly
\nPrimary customer point of contact providing the following services:
\nManaging proofing cycle between the art department and the client
\nUpdating the clients with order status, installation & delivery schedules
\nAddressing customer inquiries regarding products, services, etc.
\nObtaining client details as needed for successful delivery/installation
\nSupporting special projects and initiatives
\n\nRequirements
\nExperience in Customer Service or Account Management within a manufacturing environment. Previous work experience in the sign and graphics industry is strongly preferred
\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under time constraints
\nProven record of excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a high degree of organization
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as experience with CRM and/or order entry systems
\nAbility to communicate effectively across disciplines (sales, production, clients, installers, etc.)
\nHS or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is highly desired but relevant work experience will also be considered
\nStrong commitment to quality and excellent service with the drive to get the job done
