Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time or part-time occupational therapist to join our team!

We offer pay per hour (not per visit) including driving time- be compensated for all of your efforts in achieving superior patient outcomes!

Prescott Therapies is a locally owned and operated home health agency specializing in adults with developmental disabilities and delivering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Skilled Nursing services to the Twin Cities metro.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement occupational therapy plans of care in group home and home health settings
\n
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum recovery
\n
• Collaborate with team members and client organizations to achieve optimal outcomes
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Ability to handle physical workload
\n
• Ability to build rapport with a varied case mix
\n
• Current MN occupational therapy license
\n
• CPR certification
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• New grads welcome!
