Key Qualifications:
- Current Special Education teaching certification

Primary Responsibilities:
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet each student’s individual needs
- Create and maintain individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers for inclusive practices
- Assess student progress regularly and modify instruction as needed
- Communicate proactively with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate actively in school meetings and planning sessions
