Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required for SLP roles
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility, or hold an active SLPA certification
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure for practice in Arizona
• Experience or strong interest in serving students in a school-based setting
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to students according to individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Maintain accurate, timely student records and progress documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader educational team
• If holding an SLPA position, work under the provided supervision of a licensed SLP as required
