Key qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Dedication to supporting diverse student populations across K–12

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and track individualized goals with clear progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and caregivers
  • Maintain organized documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
