We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support elementary and middle school students in Northampton, MA. This position offers a manageable caseload, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across two school buildings.

Position Overview

• Location: Northampton, MA 01060
• Employment Type: Contract
• Start Date: August 24, 2026
• Schedule: Part-Time
• Hours: Up to 18 hours per week
• Work Days: 3 flexible days per week
• Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students in elementary and middle school settings.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 11–15 students across two school buildings.
• Deliver A, B, and C grid services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and attend required meetings.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
• School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Caseload

• Elementary and Middle School students
• Approximately 11–15 students
• Services provided across two buildings
• No PTA supervision
