Compensation: $115,175.00 - $239,211.00 per year
Schedule: Standard clinical/business hours (Preferred hours in office TBD)

Core Responsibilities

  • Pharmacy Leadership: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, clinical pharmacy services, clean room processes, and manage a dedicated team of pharmacists and technicians.
  • Clinical Oversight: Supervise Clinical/MedKeeper pharmacists, review and approve new drug updates, and manage IV admixture mixing guidelines.
  • Compliance & Quality: Monitor and maintain strict compliance with legal, regulatory, accreditation, and REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) standards.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage drug purchasing networks, inventory optimization, billing systems, and departmental budgeting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the clinical liaison for the Prior Authorization team and work closely with multidisciplinary clinical leadership.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Pharmacist (RPh/PharmD) license in the state of Oregon (or immediate eligibility).

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
  • Minimum 5 years of Clinical Pharmacist and/or Clean Room (IV Admixture) experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct leadership/supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Direct experience in clinical oncology or hematology pharmacy.
  • Familiarity with specialty retail pharmacy workflows and MedKeeper software.
  • Prior experience managing department budgets and developing clinical policies/procedures.
