Pay Rate: $83,000-$115,000 Salary Based on Experience

Required Skills:

• 3+ Years of experience in hotel operation, or Rooms Division management preferably withing cruise line industry (shipboard or shoreside)
• 3+ Years of experience with data analysis, reporting and systems implementation
• Demonstrated experience with inventory management, cleanliness standards, or public health processes
• Strong operational understanding of hotel environments and guest experience drivers

Insight Global is looking for an Operations performance and analytics manager to strengthen shipboard performance through data analysis, technology enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives. This person will partner with shipboard and shoreside stakeholders to optimize inventory management, implement new systems and equipment, elevate guest experience, and maintain high standard of appearance and hygiene and communication among stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project alignment
