Construction EHS Lead

Join a high-profile construction project where safety is the top priority. We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead site safety initiatives, drive compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across the project team.

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Professionally recognized safety certification such as CSP, CIH, CHST, or equivalent
• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• 3+ years of safety program management experience
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigations, and hazard identification

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 500 Certification
• Semiconductor construction project experience
• Located in or near Boise, ID

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site safety communications
• Conduct routine site inspections and proactively identify, document, and mitigate hazards
• Complete a minimum of four Work Area Evaluations (WAEs) per day and submit findings promptly
• Document safety observations, unsafe conditions, corrective actions, positive safety behaviors, and supporting photos
• Investigate incidents, injuries, and near-misses while ensuring accurate reporting and OSHA recordkeeping
• Partner with field leadership, contractors, and project stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Promote a culture of continuous safety improvement and accountability across the job site
