A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy is seeking a part-time pharmacist to support their growing business. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Location: DeBary, FL
Schedule:

• 1-2 days per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Pharmacy hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound sterile and non-sterile preparations and perform verification
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with the team
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Contribute to the growth and success of the pharmacy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license required
• Experience in compounding, with knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy preferred, but not mandatory
• Open to enthusiastic new pharmacy graduates eager to learn and grow
