• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
• Previous experience in a school-based environment or with pediatric populations
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing school needs
• A passion for helping students overcome challenges and reach their fullest potential

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual goals
• Documenting progress and adjusting approaches as needed
• Participating in meetings with educators, specialists, and families to craft effective strategies for each student
• Providing training and resources to teachers and staff on techniques that support students’ motor skills and independence
• Maintaining up-to-date records in line with school and legal requirements
