Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Napa, CA

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is an asset

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ academic and social progress
• Provide direct and consultative services according to IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Deliver engaging and evidence-based interventions tailored to each student
• Stay updated on professional best practices and district policies
