Job Description

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ academic and social progress
- Provide direct and consultative services according to IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based interventions tailored to each student
- Stay updated on professional best practices and district policies
