Machine Operator - Belt Grinder Aerospace Manufacturing

Santa Fe Springs, CA | Full-Time

In this role, you'll operate belt grinding and finishing equipment to help produce critical aerospace components used in some of the industry's most demanding applications. What You'll Do

Operate belt grinding and finishing equipment on precision metal components

Deburr, polish, blend edges, and perform surface finishing to exact specifications

Read blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing drawings

Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

Work closely with quality and production teams to ensure parts meet specifications

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

2+ years of machine operating or manufacturing experience

Experience working with metal parts, grinding, polishing, finishing, or deburring

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

MUST know how to use a micrometer and have basic shop math skills
