• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of all cleaned items
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring timely availability of clean dishware and utensils
• Follow safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to uphold sanitation standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods
• Perform routine cleaning of kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist with various kitchen duties
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
• Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation practices
