Litigation Paralegal

Seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience supporting litigation matters from discovery through trial.

Candidates should possess experience with court filings, calendaring, billing software, and legal research platforms such as Westlaw is highly preferred.

This role will support attorneys by preparing discovery, organizing trial notebooks and exhibits, conducting legal research, drafting memoranda and legal documents, and maintaining case files. T

Key Requirements:

• Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience

• Experience with discovery, pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation

• Strong legal research and drafting abilities

• Familiarity with court procedures and filings

• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent grammar, editing, and organizational skills
