Role Details
- Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-month assignment)
- Location: Alpine, AK 99501
- Schedule: 14 Days On / 14 Days Off (12-hour shifts)
- Pay Rate: $61.35 – $78.28 per hour
What You’ll Do
In this pivotal role, you will:
Field Execution & Simultaneous Operations (SimOps)- Coordinate execution of large-scale modifications, maintenance, and refurbishment projects
- Oversee SimOps activities, ensuring safe, conflict-free execution across multiple teams
- Anticipate and resolve resource, timing, and spatial conflicts in the field
- Champion health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, site requirements, and regulatory standards
- Promote a culture where safety is the top priority
- Align operations, maintenance, contractors, and engineering teams to deliver work efficiently
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison across all stakeholders
- Provide real-time field feedback to improve planning and execution readiness
- Coordinate logistics such as flights, housing, and site access for field personnel
- Support response to emergent work (e.g., shutdowns, repairs, unplanned events)
- Oversee key phases of project execution, from rig handover to commissioning and startup
- Track schedule performance, cost impacts, and scope changes
- Maintain records for commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout
- Identify improvement opportunities and share lessons learned
- Escalate risks, delays, and safety issues as needed
What You BringRequired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, maintenance planning, construction coordination, or project execution in oil & gas, aviation, or heavy industry
- Experience working in remote, arctic, offshore, or similarly complex environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM/MM modules (maintenance, materials, financials)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work a 2x2 rotational schedule (14 days on/off)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
- Experience coordinating SimOps or large-scale, multi-team field execution
- Strong background in logistics coordination and contractor management
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams

Pay Details: $61.35 to $78.28 per hour
