About Us

At Ethereal Medi-Pedi, we specialize in waterless foot care, nail health, and long-term maintenance. Our mission is to help clients maintain healthy, comfortable feet through advanced techniques and a wellness-centered approach. We believe in supporting people from the ground up, collaborating with natural footwear, supportive tools, and professional guidance to create an elevated and clean environment for foot wellness.

What You’ll Do

As our Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio while fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
\n - Leading and managing daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional client experience.
\n - Supervising and supporting team members to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
\n - Performing and Overseeing inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to keep the studio running efficiently.
\n - Educating clients about our wellness-centered approach and the importance of foot and nail health.

- Leading the team by being the top in retail sales for Born to Splay, from guided fitting sessions and beyond.
\n - Maintaining a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment.
\n - Collaborating with the team to promote our integrated foot wellness model, including natural footwear and supportive tools.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
\n - 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a wellness, retail, or service-oriented environment.
\n - A genuine interest in health and wellness, with a passion for helping others.
\n - Strong organizational and communication skills to manage both people and processes effectively.

-Strong computer, AI, Social, and Creative Marketing Software skills
\n - Reliable transportation and the ability to drive.
\n - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
\n - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
