Job Description

\n

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with various conditions, including those on ventilators and acute care levels.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments of patient needs.
    • \n
  • Developing and implementing targeted treatment plans.
    • \n
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes.
    • \n
  • Educating patients and their families about treatment goals and progress.
    • \n
  • Monitoring patient progress and adapting plans as necessary.
    • \n

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

\n
    \n
  • Current WA Occupational Therapist License.
    • \n
  • Experience with patients on ventilators and acute care is preferred.
    • \n
