Job Summary
A Client Service Specialist is needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Lake Buena Vista, FL. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys helping guests, supporting daily office operations, and staying active throughout the day.
This position offers a professional, team-oriented environment where dependable service, hospitality, and attention to detail are highly valued. The role reports to site leadership and provides a great opportunity to build experience in client services, office support, mailroom operations, document handling, and shipping and receiving.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests and clients with business needs in a professional, service-focused manner.
- Ship and receive products and supplies, including sorting, distributing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Apply proper postage and support daily mailroom and office services operations.
- Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding, finishing, and document production tasks.
- Use document imaging systems, document handling software, Microsoft Office, and email systems to open, send, retrieve, save, and transfer files.
- Access document management systems and follow established protocols for file handling and operational procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL.
