Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Typically 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (extended hours may be required in a fast-paced environment)

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & General Accounting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with treasury-related activities
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations
- Prepare debt schedules and intercompany reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and assist with variance reporting
- Account for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory
- Reconcile physical inventory counts to accounting records
- Analyze manufacturing costs and operational cost drivers
- Support inventory reporting and operational finance initiatives
- Manage customer invoicing and billing accuracy
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and assist with collections
- Resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with internal teams
- Calculate and reconcile sales commissions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Analyze business performance and provide financial insights
- Support acquisition-related accounting and integration activities
- Participate in projects focused on growth, profitability, and operational improvements
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
- Work with external auditors during annual audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA certification
- Public accounting experience (Big 4 experience highly valued)
- Manufacturing or inventory accounting experience
- ERP system experience (Syspro experience a plus)
- Experience with Access, SQL, or VBA
- Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or integration activities
