Project Manager Electrically Biased - Deeside / North West Static Role £57-60k + 10% Pension + Quarterly Bonus + Overtime + BUPA + 28 Days Leave + Bank Holidays + Annual Pay ReviewSamuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major manufacturing site in the Deeside area. This Electrical Project Manager role sits within a large, well-known industrial environment that is currently undergoing significant investment and transformation, offering the successful Electrical Project Manager genuine scope to make an impact from day one.This Electrical Project Manager position will suit someone with a strong electrical engineering background who is comfortable leading electrically biased CAPEX projects from concept through to commissioning within a complex, live manufacturing environment.Key aspects of the Electrical Project Manager role include:Delivering electrically biased CAPEX and revenue projects from concept, design and specification through to installation, commissioning and final handoverLeading the electrical aspects of a major multi-million-pound plant upgrade project, coordinating contractors, suppliers, operations and maintenance teamsProducing electrical specifications, scopes of work, project plans, budgets, risk assessments, Management of Change (MOC) documentation and project reportsManaging external electrical contractors and specialist suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budgetWorking closely with operations, maintenance and engineering teams to minimise production disruption during project deliveryStrong understanding of electrical engineering principles including LV distribution, motors, drives, MCCs, control panels, instrumentation and industrial control systemsExperience of contractor management, CDM regulations, permit-to-work systems and safe project delivery within heavy industrial or process manufacturing environmentsStrong budget management experience including CAPEX justification, cost tracking, forecasting and financial reportingCandidates are likely to come from heavy industrial, manufacturing, process, utilities, chemicals, steel, food, FMCG or systems integration backgroundsDegree qualified is preferred, although high calibre HND/HNC qualified candidates with relevant project delivery experience will also be consideredThe company actively supports professional development including Chartership and professional institution membershipThe site continues to invest heavily in new equipment and infrastructure, creating genuine long-term progression opportunities for an ambitious Electrical Project ManagerThis is a fully site-based, static role with no travel requiredIn return, the Electrical Project Manager role offers:Salary of £57-60k plus pre-paid overtimeQuarterly bonus scheme based on plant performance10% pension contributionPrivate medical insurance (BUPA)28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with the flexibility to borrow or carry forward up to 18 days between holiday yearsAnnual salary reviewThe role is fully site-based near Deeside with flexible start and finish times around core hours.This Electrical Project Manager role is commutable from Deeside, Chester, Wrexham, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, Warrington, Runcorn and the surrounding areas.If you are an experienced Electricala Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead major electrical CAPEX projects and play a key role in the ongoing transformation of a major manufacturing site, please send your CV for immediate consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
