IndustryCivil Engineering – Drainage & Bridge Deck WorksAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to lead drainage and bridge deck works on a major infrastructure project in Buckfastleigh, Devon.You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of the project while maintaining a strong health and safety culture.? Key Responsibilities Manage all site activities for drainage and bridge deck works.Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Monitor programme, progress, and budgets, reporting to senior management.Prepare and maintain site documentation, including RAMS, site diaries, and project records.Liaise with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders.Manage resource allocation and procurement schedules.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and add value throughout the project.Requirements CSCS Gold Card (minimum) – EssentialSMSTS – EssentialFirst Aid at Work – EssentialProven experience managing drainage and bridge deck projects.Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Experience with risk management and site compliance documentation.If interested, please contact Martha at or call 07759129756TPBN1_UKTJ
