Working within our Private Healthcare Service , you will have the time to deliver thorough, personalised rehabilitation and build genuinely meaningful relationships with patients and their families.You will be supporting patients referred by leading private consultants and independent hospitals people who expect and deserve an exceptional standard of care. Your clinical expertise, professionalism and ability to communicate with confidence will be every bit as valued as your rehabilitation skills.If you are a physiotherapist who has felt frustrated by caseload pressures, limited patient contact time or lack of clinical autonomy in previous roles, this is the opportunity to work differently.What You Will Be DoingAs a Community Physiotherapist within our Private Healthcare Service, your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessment , treatment and rehabilitation in patients' homes across London and the M25Developing personalised rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient goalsSupporting recovery following surgery , illness or injury including orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitationPromoting independence , mobility and confidence throughout the recovery journeyMonitoring progress and adapting treatment plans where appropriateProviding falls prevention assessment and mobility rehabilitationEducating and supporting patients and their families throughout treatmentMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and professional recordsCollaborating with private consultants, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary teamDelivering an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, responsiveness and genuine compassionWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for an HCPC Registered Physiotherapist with strong rehabilitation experience who combines excellent clinical skills with a genuine commitment to outstanding patient care.You will be confident working autonomously in the community and will understand that in a private healthcare setting, the patient experience is every bit as important as the clinical outcome.Essential requirements: Current HCPC registrationMinimum three years' post-registration experience in community, rehabilitation, acute or private physiotherapyStrong physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation planning skillsExperience in orthopaedic rehabilitation , frailty or post-operative recovery (or similar specialist area)Confident working independently within the communityExcellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleRight to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role)Desirable: Previous experience in private healthcare or working with privately funded patientsCommunity physiotherapy experienceNot worked in the community or private healthcare before?
