Salary: £43979.50 to £48,222.72 p/a (Nights)

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Team Leader to lead our night shift, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support the night shift production team.
  \n
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
  \n
  • Allocate workloads and coordinate staffing to meet production demands.
  \n
  • Complete shift handovers and production documentation.
  \n
  • Promote Health & Safety and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
  \n
  • Support the training and development of team members.
  \n
  • Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues.
  \n
  • Assist with production, tooling, and continuous improvement activities when required.

About You

• \n
  \n
  • Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
  \n
  • Good machining or engineering knowledge.
  \n
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  \n
  • Able to work independently and lead a team on a permanent night shift.
  \n
