The Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to support the day-to-day running of the store. You'll play a key role in motivating the team, driving commercial performance and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  Supporting the Store Manager in leading and developing the team

\n
• \n

  Driving sales, service and KPI performance

\n
• \n

  Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential

\n
• \n

  Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training

\n
• \n

  Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

\n
• \n

  Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

\n
• \n

  Ensuring excellent operational standards across the business

\n

About You

To be successful in this Assistant Manager role, you'll have:

• \n

  Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or Keyholder within a retail environment

\n
• \n

  A passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service

\n
• \n

  Strong leadership and communication skills

\n
• \n

  Experience driving sales and achieving KPI targets

\n
• \n

  A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

\n
• \n

  A positive attitude and a genuine passion for developing people

\n
