• Handling inbound and outbound calls, turning enquiries into sales

• Matching customers with the right storage solutions and upselling additional services
\n
• Building strong relationships and delivering a standout customer experience
\n
• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email with confidence and professionalism
\n
• Accurately logging all activity on the CRM system
\n
• Processing bookings and securing deposits
\n
• Working towards targets and maximising your commission earnings
\n
• Supporting nearby sites when needed
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

• At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre or sales environment
\n
• A confident communicator who knows how to close a deal
\n
• Target-driven with a strong desire to earn commission
\n
• Resilient, positive, and able to perform under pressure
\n
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
\n
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
\n
