Quality System and Compliance Manager £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Life Assurance + Sick Pay Andover, Hampshire

Are you a Quality Manager or similar with a background in improving and updating ISO 9001 systems looking for a role that will allow the autonomy to make improvements for a business that will respect you as a technical expert?

On offer is the opportunity to join a global business that turnover multiple millions of pounds in the UK and supply high-tech products that can be found in the aerospace, precision engineering and machining sectors.

In this role you will be responsible for updating their ISO 9001 system to the latest 2026 requirements. You'll be given complete autonomy to make improvements, and allowed to implement further ISO systems you see fit. You will also be responsible for managing regulatory compliance, working with the project teams to ensure smooth delivery.

This role would suit a Quality Manage with a track record of improving and updating ISO 9001 systems, looking for a highly autonomous position that will allow you to make improvements where you see fit.

The Role:

• Responsible for maintaining and updating the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
\n
• Conducting internal audits and assisting external audits
\n
• Updating the current system to 2026 standards
\n
• Autonomy to make improvements and implement new systems with your own judgement
\n
• Monday to Friday - based within an office in Andover
\n
