- Take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring robust financial management, accurate reporting and effective financial controls \n
- Partner with Senior Leadership and colleagues across the business to support commercial decision-making. \n
- Prepare monthly management accounts and Board reporting. \n
- Producing financial reports and analysis to support business performance. \n
- Maintain accurate financial records in Xero, including journals, accruals and reconciliations. \n
- Assist with pricing and financial modelling for client proposals and bids. \n
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, debt collection and working capital. \n
- Oversee weekly payment runs and supplier payments. \n
- Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts. \n
- Prepare payroll information for the outsourced payroll provider and review payroll outputs prior to processing. \n
- Review VAT returns before submission. \n
- Support statutory accounts preparation and Companies House/HMRC reporting alongside external accountants. \n
- Provide financial insight and support to colleagues across the business. \n

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least one year of post-qualified experience \n
- Strong technical accounting knowledge. \n
- Working knowledge of Xero and ideally Fathom \n
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. \n
- The confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. \n
- High levels of accuracy, organisation and commercial awareness. \n
- The ambition and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. \n
