Your Role and Responsibilities\nAs a SEN Class Teacher, you will:

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the complex SEMH needs of all pupils. \n
- Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors. \n
- Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with other staff to meet their needs. \n
- Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities, including extracurricular events and school trips. \n
- Build positive relationships with your pupils, driving interaction and fostering positive learning outcomes. \n
To thrive in this role, you should:

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). \n
- Possess a strong educational background, ideally to degree level. \n
- Have previous successful teaching experience. \n
- Bring experience working with pupils with SEMH in an educational setting. \n
- Be skilled in behavior management techniques. \n
- Be committed to your professional development and eager to learn. \n
- Be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work. \n

The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, with the cost covered by Polaris Education.
