Pay rate - £13.45ph paye

Job Purpose

\n - Opening and securing the building at designated times
\n - Carrying out routine inspections of the premises
\n - Completing minor maintenance and basic repairs
\n - Ensuring cleanliness and general upkeep of internal and external areas
\n - Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues or hazards
